2006 - Marina Day & Boat Trip

The 2006 boat trip and Holiday in July event benefited.children from Kids in Distress and area transplant families at Habourtowne Marina in Dania Beach. Volunteers from Broward County Transplant Support Group and from Freedom Waters Foundation helped with the event. Instruction on boating safety and stewardship of the intercoastal was presented by local U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary units. The boat trip was combined with other Marina Day festivities held at Harbortowne Marina.
